For the seller, my decades long experience in the world of design enables me to add significant value in the way a home is shown or staged. In my experience, there are almost always additional details and enhancements that can be added to stage a property for sale-even when, actually, especially when; the seller brings their own sophisticated understanding of design to the process. I’ve staged homes on both coasts over the years, and my background in staging homes is an additional resource, I am happy to share with clients. When I’m representing a buyer, my background in design can help identify under-appreciated areas of value in a home. Seeing those opportunities can help a buyer unlock new, permanent value. Those enhancements add enjoyment in the present- and it’s a focus that can add significant value when the home is sold in the future.

A little bit about me: After graduating from F.I.T. with a degree in business (products design and development), I spent many years in retail, both fashion and interior design. I learned how to negotiate in some of the toughest industries in the world. I’ve been analyzing market developments and economic conditions and cycles ever since. Whether it’s paying careful attention to the intricacies of the real estate market or making clients aware of new trends in interior design and home improvement, I always try to add value for you whenever I see the opportunity. I’ve also done graduate studies in Marriage & Family Therapy. Real estate has its emotional and family dimensions too. And I’m sensitive to, and ready for, those as well. Finally, while I have lived and worked on both coasts, as well as in Europe and the Middle East. Fairfield County and Connecticut are (and have been) a huge part of my life. I’ve been a parent here, and I understand our communities, our schools, and our cultural resources. And I’m keenly aware of the real estate market and its ever-changing dynamics.
